Business registration (once open): identity and contact data (name, phone, email) and address details; to publish, verify and report on the listing.

Security: a one-way hash of the IP address with a daily salt; to prevent fake registrations and abuse.

Legal basis

Your data is processed under KVKK Article 5/2 (establishment of a right and the controller's legitimate interest) and, for business registration, also on your explicit consent and for the conclusion and performance of a contract.

Transfers

Data is processed on Cloudflare, Inc. hosting services, so a transfer abroad may occur. It is not sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.

Your rights (Art. 11)

You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation for damage.
